7. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to issue a refund of the purchased item only. We do not refund for shipping, and we will not reship.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages:

While we take every effort and precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, Proud Hair Care is not liable for lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
