Spray onto wet or dry hair liberally. Use 2-3 times per week, or whenever your hair feels dry.
Dry Itchy Scalp:
Spray onto scalp and message for 1-2 minutes daily.
Tangled Hair:
Section hair into manageable sections. Spray Proud leave-in conditioner generously and use a wide tooth comb. Start at the ends of the hair and work your way to the root. Continue to add leave-in conditioner as you comb through hair. Move to next section and repeat.
Dry or Rough Hair:
Spray liberally directly onto hair. Use daily for 1-2 weeks, then as needed. For best results, use leave-in conditioner when hair is wet.
